Jared Johnson will be taking the spot of the head coach position. Johnson was a Sam Barlow graduate, and is the nephew of former volleyball coach. Kristy Ree who coached the team in two different eras, including last year.

According to Athletic Director Brent Child,  Johnson played men’s volleyball at Oregon State University. While he was there they won a regional championship. He was two-time player of the year at OSU.

Johnson said he was, “Excited to be part of Eagle family as the new volleyball head coach.”
