There are rumors of AP art History not being a class next year.

True?  Not true?

Here’s the deal.

Teacher Carolyn Drake started the class several years ago.  “When she left, I took it over,” said teacher Emma Wood. “So I have taught it now for 3 years and it’s been a great class.”

But enrollment was down a month or so ago, and thus the rumor of the class disappearing.

“Only 8 people had signed up,” said Wood.  But with some recruiting effort, “In a little over the week, we got the enrollment from 8 to 27.”

So, yes, AP Art History will be a class next year, said Wood.
