At just age 3, she started skiing, and by age 5, she had began to race competitively. Even though the ski team at Sandy has about fifteen to twenty members, sophomore Danielle Bracy is the only person currently on the team at Centennial. ¨I’m like an independent team¨ Bracy says.

However being a one person team hasn’t slowed her down. ¨I have to train with Hood River or Sandy,¨ she says. Last year she went to Meadows, but usually she goes to Mt. Hood to practice. Last year, Bracy even went to State.
