Join Key Club

If you’ve ever considered joining a school club, Key Club may be for you! Key club is a student led organization which specializes in community service, volunteering, and developing leadership skills. Key Club members are also able to volunteer at different events such as, Food 4 Families, and concession stands, etc. Several members of Key Club have also joined because of their fond interest in helping the school become a better place for students, and wanting to contribute to the community. Members of Key Club have also implied that working concession stands or fundraisers has been a super great experience. “I really enjoyed selling food and drinks at concession stands.” Selena Pane spoke.

Key Club members from several different schools in Oregon also volunteer at events together. These events are formally known as Division Council Meeting (DCM) In addition to just volunteering, the members also join in for meetings. Former member, Kaylin Doan spoke about her involvement and interest in these events. “I was really excited to volunteer at a DCM. There were a lot of activities to do, and I loved meeting other people from different schools as well.” Doan said.

Key Club members will be volunteering next at a recycling royal. If you are interested in joining Key Club or learning more about the club, feel free to visit their Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/centennialkeyclub/.
