Criteria: Graduating Senior from any high school that has a parent, grandparent, sibling, aunt, uncle or legal guardian who is a member in good standing of the Oregon School Employee Association, Centennial School Dist. Chapter #113 and is planning to further their education at any community college, vocational/trade school, or 4 year university.
